THQ one of the larger developer and publishers of the last two generations is really gone. An auction to buy up its limbs started yesterday and will continue today. Sega is the high bidder for Relic Entertainment and its properties. This means Company of Heroes. Sega also threw in the high bid for Total War since they own The Creative Assembly. Koch Media who owns Deep Silver, the publishers of Dead Island are the high bidders of Saints Row, and Volition. Ubisoft hopes to be the proud new papa of the South Park RPG coming out soon if they win their bid.
This leaves the following series in limbo until todays auction happens:
Destroy All Humans
Darksiders
Drawn to Life
Evolve
Homefront
Juiced
Metro
Red Faction
and the following studios in question:
THQ Montreal (1666 Amsterdam is their baby in the works)
Vigil
As for WWE the rumor is EA has gotten transferred ownership, and warhammer might also get transferred out.

“Sega also threw in the high bid for Total War since they own The Creative Assembly.”
Huh, so what you’re telling us is that SEGA, for some unknown reason, decided to bid on a Franchise they own in whole that THQ was never associated with? Oooookay…. excellent reporting there Sam! Where do you get your “facts”?
