Final Fantasy X HD Remake for Vita & PS3

Just announced at the Tokyo Game Show Sony Press Conference, Final Fantasy X for the Vita and the PS3. The game will be an HD remake to celebrate the ten year anniversary of the game.  At this time it isn’t known if any new features will be included.
