Kotaku has reported a rumor that says DOOM 4 could possibly be indefinitely delayed. According to the article, Bethesda and ZeniMax have decided to “indefinitely postpone” development on DOOM 4 because of lack of confidence in project management at id. Supposedly, this is because of the bad reviews and bad overall reception of the game along with issues with the game itself.
UPDATE: Bethesda has denied this rumor and DOOM 4 is moving forward as planned.
